1. Upon signing up, your card will be charged $1. This allows you full access to all features for 30 days.
2. After the 30 days, your card will be charged $48 ( equivalent to $4 per month) for a Captain 12 months membership, and your current settings, friends, chats, preferences, and profile data will remain intact.
3. If you wish to opt out, and not be charged the $48 for 1 year, please email us before your 26th day of the $1 trial.
4. Cruisers joining under this offer will be 'grandfathered in', which means future years will be automatically rebilled at just $48, protecting you from, inevitable, price rises.
5. You may cancel your membership at any time, but if you have paid the $48 for 1 year, that is not refundable as you have either used, or had the opportunity to use, the services provided. Email us if you want to cease rebilling in subsequent years, but want to maintain your membership for the current year.
6. We have no control over which folder your email provider puts our emails in. Please check all folders if email from us is not in your main inbox.
