Our live chat is easy to use, and is in a format that most people are probably familiar with.
The chat will appear in the bottom right of the screen on your computer or phone.
When the screen opens, you can see if your friends are online.
Click on your friend to chat.
If you prefer a full screen chat, click "Chat (full screen) in the menu.

In the chat of your friend, click on the wheel in the top bar.
This will give you options for;
Pop out chat. This will also take your chat to full screen.
Clear conversation. Strangely enough, this will clear your conversation.
Block user. Also self explanatory.
Settings for overall chat.
You can show your availability to chat. Perhaps you are busy and don't want to be disturbed, you can mark yourself as unavailable and / or switch off the chat sound.
Manage your blocked list, keep list open, and show names only, are other options.
