Our live chat is easy to use, and is in a format that most people are probably familiar with.
Let's start with chatting on computer. If looking for chatting on mobile, scroll down for extra information.
To chat with a fellow member, that member has to be your friend first.
(go to their profile and click on 'add to my friends list'. When they accept your request you are now friends and can use the live chat between you.)
The chat will appear in the bottom right of the screen on your computer.

In the chat of your friend, click on the wheel in the top bar.
This will give you options for;
Pop out chat. This will take your chat to full screen.
Clear conversation. Strangely enough, this will clear your conversation.
Block user. Also self explanatory.
Settings for overall chat.
You can show your availability to chat. Perhaps you are busy and don't want to be disturbed, you can mark yourself as unavailable and / or switch off the chat sound.
Manage your blocked list, keep list open, and show names only, are other options.
MOBILE
If on a mobile device, click on the menu, then 'Chat (mobile)'. This will open a chat screen for you.
When the screen opens, you can see if your friends are online.
Click on your friend to chat.
