Not everybody is used to registering online.

We have designed the registration process to be as easy as possible, whilst still collecting the required, yet minimal, information.

On the member's home page (members.cruisecompanionsclub.com) you will see a button that says 'Signup now'.

Clicking that will bring you to the first registration page.

Tip: Have your username and password already in mind, and preselect your profile picture(s) before starting the process.

Registration has a ReCaptcha function, to prevent bots attempting to register. The ReCaptcha will time out if you take too long to complete Page 1, and you will have to start again. 

Tip: Dont forget to tick the Terms and Conditions box too, or you may get the timeout and have to start again.

Here is the first registration page.

All questions are compulsory.

The second page requires a Headline (this is what members will see with your profile picture) and 'About me / us' where you write about yourself and what you would like fellow members to know about you.

There are also dropdown selection boxes for gender, marital status and birthdate. 

In 'My City / Town' just start typing where you live and options will come up to select from. If, for example, you are in a small town which is not part of the location system, simply type the nearest large town and select it.

Tip: If you have any concerns about revealing your exact birthdate, put in a date that is close. The reason for entering your birthdate is simply to provide your age to the system, so fellow members can be aware of your age.

Similarly, the location requirement is for fellow members to be aware of where you are. Some people prefer to interact with members in the same geographical region, or country. Your actual location is neither revealed, nor known. Members may be a reasonable distance from where is indicated in CCC.

Here is what the second, and final, registration page looks like. Again, all questions are compulsory.

That's it. Click Save, and you are registered.

You can easily change your answers later. Perhaps you want to add more to your 'About me/us'?

To get the most benefit from the site, now go to your profile (click My Profile at the top of the page) and complete the sections that are relevant to you, and your cruising desires.

Note: If you are registering during our free introductory period, one of our team will change your membership from Basic to a Full membership to allow complete access to the features. Please allow 24 hours for this to occur.
