There are a lot of questions and answers in a member's profile, with good reason.

To reduce time spent doing profile searches, make it all a lot easier, and take the guesswork out, members should complete as much as possible in their profiles.

You can skip the sections, or questions, that are not relevant to you but filling out the rest is of great benefit in finding your compatible companion.

For example, Julie searches for a companion that would like to cruise between Feb and May in 2021, on a European river.

She is a non-smoker and would prefer the same in a companion. Julie could be open to sharing accommodation, with the right person. Julie is highly motivated to do as many shore excursions as possible, and enjoys a glass of wine each evening as the sun sets. Her companion's gender and religion does not matter to Julie.

Julie might be looking for the exact same criteria that you have in mind, and could be the perfect cruise companion for you, but if you haven't filled out your profile with all the information then you will not appear in either her matches or searches.
