1.  "Ahoy There". You might see a profile of someone that suits your cruise companion requirements, but you are busy, or shy.

Whatever the reason you can send them an Ahoy There, which is basically like saying "Hi!".

From their profile view, select one of the options highlighted below.

2. Message. Again from the profile view that you are interested in, you click on one of the buttons highlighted in green below.

The word 'email' is used, but you are not 'emailing' them directly. Your message will go through CCC and be sent from our system to the person's profile. They will also be notified that they have a message, by an email from CCC.

Your email address is not sent to anyone.

The orange highlighted button is where you will find your messages to and from that person. They will also be in your profile inbox.

Live chat.

Our live chat is easy to use, and is in a format that most people are probably familiar with.

To chat with a fellow member, that member has to be your friend first.

(go to their profile and click on 'add to my friends list'. When they accept your request you are now friends and can use the live chat.)

The chat will appear in the bottom right of the screen on your computer.

If on a mobile device, click on the menu, then 'Chat (mobile)'. This will open a chat screen for you.

Should you want to go to the next level, and have video chat, most people have these facilities on their devices now.
