Simply click on 'Search' in the top menu.
This will give you a list of all members, with the exception of those that have their privacy settings to exclude them from searches.
At the top of the search results there are three tabs, which will show different results from your search.
1. "All Members" is the default. This will show you the profile picture, username, age and gender of each member.
2. "Basic View" will show you the same as All Members, plus the country and BLAH BLAH. It will also give you the options to view the member's profile, or send them a message. BLAH BLAH other buttons.
3. "Detailed View". Will show if the members are online, how long since they were last online, their status (the default is 'Lets go cruising'.).
Also visible is each profile's 'Headline' and 'About me/us'. You can see their friends list, maybe you have mutual friends.
